Building Operations
I've built businesses with structure behind them, not just ideas on paper. One of the biggest examples of that was rebuilding a two person solar department into a fully functioning operation with proper systems, process and scalability. I also launched my own energy efficiency company focused around helping homeowners gain access to the ECO4 scheme, eventually scaling it into three separate call centres across three different towns before selling my shares. Most of the work I do focuses on turning scattered operations into something that can actually grow properly.
Connecting Departments
A huge part of what I’ve done has been rebuilding disconnected businesses from the inside out. Sales, customer service, compliance and aftercare often operate like separate companies under one roof, which creates chaos as businesses scale. I’ve worked on restructuring those departments into one connected operational system where communication, accountability and process actually flow properly. My focus has always been around creating infrastructure that allows businesses to operate efficiently instead of constantly firefighting problems.
Current Focus
Today I lead a national consultancy team within the commercial utility sector, focused on business growth, structure and operational performance across the UK. A lot of my current work revolves around improving systems, refining processes, developing people and helping businesses operate more effectively at scale. Alongside that, I continue building my own projects across technology, automation, AI systems and digital infrastructure, combining business experience with the systems and platforms I build privately.
