02 About These Website Terms

These terms apply to anyone who visits or uses waynescottfox.com. By using the website, including simply browsing it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

These terms govern the website only. They do not govern any commercial engagement with Wayne, which would be agreed separately and in writing.

03 Accessing waynescottfox.com

The website is available for ordinary browsing without registering or logging in. It has no user accounts, online shop, subscriptions or member areas.

These terms apply wherever you access the website from. Section 14 sets out the law that governs them.

The website includes information about Wayne, descriptions of AI products and systems, portfolio visuals, diagrams, status indicators, illustrative interface data, a contact form and links to external websites.

Content is published in good faith and with reasonable care. Wayne's systems continue to evolve, so product details, capabilities and statuses can change over time, and the website may not reflect every change at every moment.

Descriptions, metrics and status indicators on the website are not contractual terms, warranties or guarantees. If you want to rely on information from the website for a decision, particularly a commercial one, please confirm it with Wayne first.

Contact form enquiries

Sending an enquiry through the contact form does not create a contract or a client relationship, does not oblige Wayne to undertake any work, and does not guarantee a response. 05 AI Products, Systems and Portfolio Content

The website presents AI products, systems and projects created or developed by Wayne, covering areas such as AI strategy, business operations, cybersecurity, finance, recruitment and workforce technology, investment and asset systems, automation and AI-enabled internal systems.

These are not all the same kind of thing. Some are live, some are private, and some are still in development. Some were built for operational use, including Wayne's own, and others were developed around specific real-world problems. Featuring a product or system on the website does not mean the product is available to buy, license or access, or offered as an off-the-shelf product.

Some products shown may have been developed with or for other organisations. Their names and associated rights remain with their respective owners.

Product visuals and interface data

The website uses stylised dashboards, charts, meters, monitoring screens and product representations to show what each system does and how it works. Screens, diagrams, interfaces, scores and status displays may be illustrative, simplified or representative, and may show an earlier version of a system.
